Gear motor for blinds and shutter automation

The Era Mat MA gear motor is a tubular motor with electronic limit switch, built-in receiver and Nice TTBus technology. The declaration refers to the 1517 model, which has a 45 mm diameter. Era Mat MA is designed for a flawless movement even with friction, thanks to control of raising force and obstacle recognition during lowering, which protects the shutter from damage during freezing conditions. This recognition is adjustable and guarantees adequate protection against break-in. Thanks to Nice TTBus 3-wire technology, motor movement can be managed by means of a low-voltage control and a wired connection to climatic sensors without external control unit.

RolMotion M10 is a super quiet Motion drive for roller shutters (for shafts from 50 mm) in the wired version with two selectable running modes: standard running or whispering mode. Gentle operation is ensured by protection of the blind, intelligent force measurement and soft brake. Characteristics of the gear motor are mechatronic end position detection with soft cut-out, intelligent force measurement,upward/downward blind protection and free travel, automatic release for torque cut-off at end position, end positions adjustable with assembly cable, min. shaft size Ø = 50 mm, noiseless soft brake up to 25 Nm, parallel connection with up to three drives possible. The declaration refers to the M size model, with a 10 mm diameter. RolMotion is designed for minimum vibrations and a silent operation, with the possibility of setting up and down movement durations and to activate the obstacle detection function when both opening and closing.

The nominal mechanical power of Era Mat MA is 27 W, for RolMotion M10 is equal to 15 W. The products allows the movement of shutters, even with multiple applications. 

For Era Mat, secondary packaging is composed by a cardboard box and two expanded polystyrene molds; for Rol Motion, secondary packaging is composed by a cardboard; for both products, tertiary packaging is composed by a wooden pallet and LDPE tape.
