S-P-01790 Smart Rigid Jeans (EPD Turkey)

This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of trousers, shorts and slacks and similar garments corresponding to the Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes 6103, 6104, 6203 and 6204, the NACE/CPA code C14.1, and the declaration of this performance by an EPD®. The product category is a sub-category to the UN CPC code 282 Wearing apparel, except fur apparel corresponding to the two-digit C 14.1 CPA code. For more information, see the document.

Trousers, shorts and slacks and similar garments

An updating process was initiated 2022-10-28 but cancelled 2023-04-17, as the development of a new PCR for Wearing apparel (except fur and leather apparel) was initiated. The new PCR will replace the existing garments PCRs with registration numbers 2019:04, 2019:05, 2019:06 and 2019:07. The draft of the new PCR is planned to be on open consultation starting in May 2023. Publication is expected for December 2023. Dates are preliminary and subject to change.
