S-P-01207 Thermal Insulation Systems KlimaExpert ETA

This PCR refers to the old version of the standard EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013). A new version was published 2019-12-20 (PCR 2019:14), referring to the new version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A2:2019). 
The validity period of PCR 2012:01 ended 2022-02-28. As of 2022-03-01, PCR 2019:14 is the only valid main PCR for construction products in the International EPD System. 
The below listed sub-PCRs are no longer valid, instead the c-PCRs under PCR 2019:14 shall be used.&nbsp;
This document serves as Product Category Rules (PCR) for Construction products and Construction services. It aims to be the main way to develop and register EPDs in the International EPD System, compliant with the European standard EN 15804:2012+A1:2013 (Sustainability of construction works - Environmental product declarations - Core rules for the product category of construction products).
In addition, this document may also be the basis for development of "sub-PCRs" for more specific product categories
<ul>
<li>If this document is used as a PCR, it may be used for Construction products and construction services for an EPD based on a declared unit, cradle-to-gate or cradle-to-gate with options;</li>
<li>If this document is used together with a sub-PCR, it may be used for an EPD based on a functional unit, cradle-to-grave.</li>
</ul>
The following sub-PCRs currently exist, and shall be used in addition to this document for the relevant product categories:

<li>PCR 2012:01-Sub-PCR-J Instant boiling and chilled drinking water dispensers (permanently installed)</li>
<li>PCR 2012:01 Sub-PCR-K Rehabilitation Services of highways, streets and roads</li>
<li>PCR 2012:01 Sub-PCR-L Ceramic tiles</li>
<li>PCR 2012:01 Sub-PCR-M Electrical cables and wirtes</li>
</ul>

Construction products and construction services (EN 15804:A1) (expired)

This PCR refers to the old version of the standard EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013). A new version was published 2019-12-20 (PCR 2019:14), referring to the new version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A2:2019).
The validity period of PCR 2012:01 ended 2022-02-28. As of 2022-03-01, PCR 2019:14 is the only valid main PCR for construction products in the International EPD System.
The below listed sub-PCRs are no longer valid, instead the c-PCRs under PCR 2019:14 shall be used.

This EPD is related to three different External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) with three different EPS boards:

<ul>
	<li>KLIMAEXPERT ETA AIR steam sintered expanded polystyrene</li>
	<li>KLIMAEXPERT ETA AIRPLUS expanded graphite polystyrene sintered steam</li>
	<li>KLIMAEXPERT ETA AIRTECH expanded steam sintered polystyrene</li>
</ul>

Each of these systems has been studied with the glass fiber mesh RINFORZO V 50 and the three alternative adhesive&amp;finishing products.

The systems include also:

<ul>
	<li>Klima Flex, Keraklima Eco and Keraklima Eco Granello, single-component mineral adhesive&amp;finishing products, specifically intended for laying and levelling systems made of extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene and polystyrene foam, polyurethane, cork, mineral and glass wool panels laid on concrete, clay block, cement-based plaster and mineral and cement-based finishing products. They are used both as adhesive and smoothing layer.</li>
	<li>Kerakover Acrilex Fondo, mineral intermediate coat to prepare substrates for the paint cycle. Based on water-based acrylic resins, for internal and external surfaces, it is a high power filler to correct imperfections in the substrate. Specifically intended for filling stabilized crazing and evening out absorption</li>
	<li>Kerakover Eco Kompact, fibrous, mineral covering, completely coloured, based on water-based acrylic-siloxane resins and waterproofing siloxanes. Compliant with the performance requirements of standard CE EN 15824 (Specifications for external renders and internal plasters based on organic binders), it creates high-thickness decorative coverings resistant to algae and atmospheric agents, compatible External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems, for internal and external surfaces</li>
</ul>
