New PCR on fabrics

With the new PCR, you can now register EPDs for all types of fabrics. Important is that the rules for developing EPDs for different types of fabrics now are fully harmonized.

This PCR will replace the other PCRs on fabrics as they expire, except PCR 2011:06 that will continue to be used for nonwovens.
