New Board of Director members appointed at Annual General Meeting 2024
EPD International AB would like to gladly present Michaël Medard and Martin Blumberg, the newly appointed members of the Board of Directors.
During the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of EPD International AB, Michaël Medard, LCA Manager at Saint-Gobain, and Martin Blumberg, Director Decarbonisation Services at Ramboll, were appointed as ordinary Directors to the Board of Directors of EPD International AB.
Michaël Medard([LinkedIn profile](https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-medard-1a36b459/)) brings a wealth of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), and sustainable development. In his role at Saint-Gobain, he leads a team of experts across multiple countries, driving the company’s LCA/EPD initiatives.
Martin Blumberg’s expertise includes contributions to the development of the EPD system, Product Category Rules (PCRs), LCA/EPD automation solutions, and integrating LCA into building information modeling (BIM). He is convenor of the Circular Economy Task Group of the ECO Platform and leads the development of a global LCA database for building materials for the Open Data for Climate Initiative (ODCi).
