Holiday Customer Service Hours
Due to the holiday season, the services from the Secretariat of EPD International AB will be closed during Christmas and New Year holidays.
EPD Registrations before 28 December
The registration of new Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) will continue as normal through the EPD Portal. Please note, however, that to support the year-end financial closing process, any EPD registrations submitted on or after Monday, 29 December will be recorded as January entries and invoiced accordingly.
We therefore encourage you to submit any planned EPD registrations by 23:59 CET on Sunday, 28 December, to ensure they are counted as 2025 registrations.
Christmas Holiday Schedule
The Secretariat of EPD International AB will be closed on the following dates during the Christmas holiday season:
24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2025
1 and 6 January 2026
While our office is closed on these specific dates, our team will be available to assist during the rest of the holiday period. Please note that response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
