Masterbatch

PA6 black masterbatch is the main raw material of PA6 filament/yarn (e.g., FDY, HOY as well as POY). The manufacturing processes of PA6 black masterbatch mainly include measuring and mixing the input of raw materials, melting them, extrusion, pelletizing, followed by sieving and drying . Then after packaging with polypropylene bag, the PA6 black masterbatch is ready for internal use or sold on to retailors.
