Norzon NV®

NORZON NV® is a 40% alumina zirconia grain with extremely fine crystal microstructure. The microstructure allows for one of the most productive and durable materials in the abrasives industry, outperforming commodity abrasives like brown fused aluminum oxide, and silicon carbide. The grains are produced by fusing alumina and zircon sand at ultra-high temperatures, creating particles with controlled fracture properties. The most common applications are in bonded, coated and cut-off wheel applications.
