Liquid aluminium is a kind of pure aluminium, extracted by Hall-Hèroult electrolytic process. According to GB/T 1196-2017, liquid aluminium is classified into 8 grades based on its chemical composition: Al99.85, Al99.80, Al99.70, Al99.60, Al99.50, Al99.00, Al99.7E, Al99.6E. The purity of the liquid aluminium produced by is between 99.7%-99.9%. Liquid aluminium exhibits excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, processability and corrosion resistance. So, it can be processed into ingots and further formed into kinds of products that are widely used in various fields such as automotive, transport and packaging.
