Light gauge galvanized steel profiles for construction

Light gauge galvanized steel framing profiles and components used in the construction of load-bearing metal structures and substructures for dry construction systems.

The profiles manufactured by Metalperfil are used as load-bearing elements in the construction of metal frameworks, dry-lining systems, the Steel Framing system, steel battens for secondary substructures, floating floor systems, and support structures for photovoltaic panels.

These galvanized light gauge dry-lining steel profiles and components are non-flammable and possess a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them sturdy and durable for dry lining systems with guaranteed system performance. These steel profiles and components are easy to handle and cut for quick on-site installation.

Metalperfil's galvanized steel profiles are manufactured using the cold rolling process, known as profiling. This process involves passing steel in coils through consecutive sets of rollers that give it the final geometric section by deformation, which allows automated production with high precision. In addition to profiling, they also allow for customization by modifying the height, thickness and type of metal cladding to meet the unique requirements of each project, such as load-bearing and durability requirements.

The various references of light gauge galvanized steel framing profiles manufactured by Metalperfil have predetermined designs and geometries tailored to their specific and final applications. They also allow for customization by being able to adjust the height, thickness, and type of metallic coating to meet the unique requirements of each project, such as load and durability requirements.

All profile references are produced in the factory and delivered to the site in pieces cut to specific lengths, thus avoiding losses and waste.

The thickness of the steel of the different profiles is in a range of between 0,7 and 3 mm. the lengths of these manufactured profiles between 0 and 16 m, and the useful height (Structural Profile Web) between 30 and 300 mm and the extensions (widths) used in raw material (galvanized coil) between 123 and 478 mm.
