Please note that sponsorship will be offered at a limited number and in a balanced manner across various types of stakeholders. Sponsors are warmly welcome to propose a presentation, initiate a networking idea, or suggest a programme content, but the International Stakeholder Conference strives to present a balanced programme content between sponsors and non-sponsors.

Booth Exhibitor Packages

These packages apply to the exhibition programme taking place on pre-conference day (Day 1). No exhibition activities will be held during the conference day (Day 2) or workshops and trainings (Day 3).

Please note: exhibitors are responsible for bringing roll-ups, promotional materials, product samples, and any other items they wish to display.

The Site Visit Sponsor hosts a guided technical visit for up to 50 participants at their facility on Day 3. The host is responsible for planning and delivering the visit programme, while the conference organisers manage transport and participant logistics.
