PCR description
CEN TC 227 released a Technical Specification - TS 18301 Product category rules complementary to EN15804 for bituminous mixtures.
Since this is not a full standard, the secretariat has decided not to adopt this TS today. EPD Owners can still refer to the TS for guidance but only need to comply to the main PCR 2019:14
