PCR description
This is an initiative by the Secretariat to incorporate and adopt the upcoming standard "prEN 16903 Plastics Piping Systems - Environmental Product Declarations - Product Category Rules (PCR) for buried plastics piping systems (pressure and non-pressure)" to be used as a c-PCR under PCR 2019:14 Construction products.
The current status as of 2025-10-02 is "Published" but it is still not available for purchasing. The estimated publication year is 2026. You can follow its development here .
