PCR description
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of Espresso coffee and the declaration of this performance by an EPD. The product category corresponds to a sub-set of UN CPC 23912 "Coffee substitutes containing coffee; extracts, essences and concentrates of coffee, and preparations with a basis thereof or with a basis of coffee; roasted chicory and other roasted coffee substitutes, and extracts, essences and concentrates thereof".
