PCR description
C-PCR-029 Buildings, to be used together with PCR 2019:14 Construction products, has been developed to replace this standalone PCR.
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of UN CPC 531 Buildings and the declaration of this performance by an EPD. This PCR does not cover pre-fabricated buildings, which is already specified in a separate PCR.
This PCR aims towards compliance with the European standards EN 15804 (Sustainability of construction works - Environmental product declarations - Core rules for the product category of construction products) and EN 15978 (Sustainability of construction works - Assessment of environmental performance of buildings - Calculation method).
