PCR description
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of UN CPC 53211 (Highways (except elevated highways), streets, roads) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD.
This PCR has been developed with consideration to other PCR initiatives such as CEN standard EN 15804 "Sustainability of construction works - Environmental product declarations - Core rules for the product category of construction products" (version A1).
This PCR will be replaced by a complementary PCR (c-PCR) under PCR 2019:14, based on EN 15804:A2, which is currently under development (expected publication date 2022-10-01).
