This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the life-cycle environmental performance of UN CPC 221 (Processed liquid milk and cream) as well as for the declaration of such performance by an Environmental Product Declaration. Please note that there is a separate PCR for "raw milk".
