Meat of mammals

This PCR will not be updated as a stand-alone PCR once expired and will be replaced by the main PCR 2025:03 Food and beverage products. If the EPD owner foresee that the EPD verification and registration cannot be done within the time the PCR is valid, the PCR 2025:03 should be used.

This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of UN CPC 2111 (Meat of mammal: fresh or chilled) and UN CPC 2113 (Meat of mammal, frozen) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD.
