Sub-PCR-I Thermal insulation products (EN 16783)

This sub-PCR and its main-PCR (PCR 2012:01) refer to the old version of the standard EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013). A new main PCR was published 2019-12-20 (PCR 2019:14), referring to the new version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A2:2019). Under PCR 2019:14, complementary PCRs (c-PCR) are available for more specific product categories. These c-PCRs have replaced the sub-PCRs.

The validity period of PCR 2012:01 and its sub-PCRs (including this one) ended 2022-02-28. As of 2022-03-01, PCR 2019:14 is the only valid main PCR for construction products in the International EPD System.   

This is not a standalone PCR but a sub-PCR and further specification of PCR 2012:01 Construction products and construction services. The sub-PCR shall be used for the applicable product category.

For all rules and methodological instructions this Sub-PCR refers to the standard EN 16783:2017 Thermal insulation products - Product category rules (PCR) for factory made and in-situ formed products for preparing environmental product.
