PCR description
This PCR will not be updated as a stand-alone PCR once expired and will be replaced by the main PCR 2025:03 Food and beverage products. If the EPD owner foresee that the EPD verification and registration cannot be done within the time the PCR is valid, the PCR 2025:03 should be used.
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the life-cycle environmental performance of UN CPC 23995 (Sauces, mixed condiments, mustard flour and meal prepared mustard) and the declaration of this performances an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
