Ferrochrome

The product in the scope is ferrochrome made by Outokumpu Chrome Oy for the stainless steel industry (Figure 1). The ferrochrome produced at the Tornio plants is primarily used as a raw material for stainless steel in production facilities belonging to the Outokumpu Oyj group, but it is also sold to customers outside the group.
