Delta Block is a premium autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) material made from inorganic components. It combines the strength and durability of traditional concrete with lightweight and versatile properties, simplifying the installation of plumbing, electrical systems, and wall fittings.

Designed for safety, Delta Block provides excellent fire resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C and offering over four hours of fire protection. It also excels in sound insulation, achieving an STC rating of 50-58, creating a quieter and more comfortable indoor environment.

As a thermal insulator, Delta Block is non-combustible, eco-friendly, and resistant to moisture. It maintains its structural integrity even under prolonged exposure to water, ensuring long-lasting performance in various conditions.

With a significantly lower dry density compared to traditional clay bricks and concrete blocks, Delta Block reduces the dead weight of buildings. This feature results in material savings, lower construction costs, and reliable structural performance, making it a sustainable and efficient choice for modern construction. The product is manufactured using a single recipe, with density variations resulting from the drying process and environmental factors. For this EPD, the average dry density is 500-550 kg/m³, and the mass per declared unit is 0.517 tons.
