Coated Spiral Steel Pipes

 Spirally welded steel pipes are produced through a helical welding process suitable for large-diameter applications like pipelines. The process begins with preparing steel coils, which are then fed into a spiral pipe mill. As the steel strip progresses through the mill, it is formed into a spiral shape, and the edges are continuously welded using methods like submerged arc welding. 

The pipe undergoes sizing and straightening, followed by inspections and tests to ensure quality. Coating is applied for corrosion protection, and the final product is cut to specified lengths and packaged for delivery.
