PLE PLUs

Isover PLE PLUS insulation boards are used for thermal, sound and fire insulation in civil and industrial buildings: partition walls with specified fire resistance performance; metal box walls for halls; walls of timber-framed houses; and loft and attic insulation.

The slabs are obtained by melting the mineral raw materials in a furnace, fibrillation of the melt by the REX process, spraying of a binder and addition of mineral oils for protection against dust penetration and hydrophobization. The resulting mineral fibres are processed on the production line into slabs.
