Powder Coated Aluminum Profiles

The product investigated in this EPD is company's anodised aluminium profile which include around %99 aluminium content with some additional chemicals. 

The product is manufactured at company's Kırklareli plant. During the production, aluminium billets are heated up to 500°C in the annealing furnace and press profiles are produced by extrusion. Then, powder paint particles are attached to the surface of the press profiles through melting in an oven at around 200°C with the help of electric force.

Bu EPD'de incelenen ürün, şirketin yaklaşık %99 alüminyum içeriği ve bazı ek kimyasallar içeren eloksallı alüminyum profilidir. Ürün, firmanın Kırklareli fabrikasında üretilmektedir. 

Üretim sırasında alüminyum biyetler tav fırınında 500°C'ye kadar ısıtılmakta ve ekstrüzyon ile pres profilleri üretilmektedir. Daha sonra toz boya tanecikleri, pres profillerin yüzeyine elektrik kuvveti yardımıyla yaklaşık 200°C'lik fırında eritilerek tutturulur.
