Consolidation of soils, floors and walls with injections of expanding resins

The object of the EPD is the management of the consolidation services of grounds, floors, walls and cavities with injections of expanding resins. More precisely:

• Deep Injections®: it consists in the consolidation of the foundation grounds through the execution of reliefs with an electronic instrument to measure subsidence, the execution of small holes in the pavement or in the foundations with electric drills, and the injection of pressurized resin into the underground by means of specific equipment. The aim of the operation is to increase the bearing capacity, ensuring that at any point of the treated soil, it is higher than the static load of the work. It is often used in case of instability due to the lowering of the foundation or flooring. In addition, it produces an increase in the bearing capacity of the land in case of restructuring. This technology is used in the stabilization of every kind of building whatever the type of foundation: single houses, condominiums, historical monuments, ancient buildings, churches, factories, and works of art. Almost all soils, including clay soils, can be improved.

• Floor Lift®: it is a technology that allows stabilizing and lifting the floors lowered. The resin is injected into the underlay layer of the floor and can solve various problems, such as raising the lowered floors by restoring flatness and neutralizing the phenomena of scaling the plates.

• Walls Restoring®: it is the method for the injection of resin with high density and calibrated expansion pressure into the wall structures, aimed to rebuild the deteriorated binder. It is applied to brick wall, stone material or mixed materials, where the binder has deteriorated. It can also be successfully used for the regeneration of all types of wall: stone walls, buttresses, retaining walls, bridge pillars, embankments, dams, basins, locks.
