COOP Beef Meat

This document is referred to fresh edible bone-free beef meat from cattle (bull or heifer) usually born in Italy and France, grown in Italy and sold by Coop at its stores, in plastic packs or served at the store butcher's counter.

The environmental impacts were calculated taking into account the entire production chain, starting from animal's birth until meat consumption, considering also home cold storage and cooking.
