White sugar from sugar beets bulk and packed and sold with the Classic brand in bag or box for retail consumption

This EPD concern 1 Kg of refined sugar from sugar-beets sold in bulk and bag/box packaging under the “Classico” C and Z brands. The Sugar beet are cultivated mainly in the large French basins (Centre Val de Loire, Grand Est and Hauts de France regions), the sugar production is carried out in the Cristal Union’s sugar factories, whereas the packaging phase is performed in the Russi plant.
