MHM PANEL: THE SOLID WOOD WALL free of adhesives and chemicals

MHM Panel: THE SOLID WOOD WALL, free of adhesives and chemicals, consists entirely of untreated, wood planks secured with gripped aluminum nails. It is clad internally with drywall and externally with insulation and plaster, using natural materials. The average moisture content is of 15% ± 3%.

The panel is ideally suited for residential, commercial, and public construction thanks to its sturdy and compact structure.

The main technical characteristics of structures built using the MHM panel are their use of renewable raw materials, high safety standards including fire and earthquake resistance with long-lasting durability, rapid assembly enabled by precision manufacturing, and complete design freedom without fixed modules or predefined layouts.

The process begins with the receipt and rigorous quality control of the lumber bundles, followed by planing the boards and knurling one side. Next, the components are positioned and nailed together to form a rough plywood panel, which is then finished through precision cutting and planing of the inner surfaces. Finally, after applying a protective non-woven fabric coating to the top edge, the finished panels are loaded onto transport vehicles for distribution.
