Icopal Ico-Board

Ico-Board is used as a self-supporting underlay for roofing systems featuring clay tiles, concrete tiles, slate, roofing sheets, etc. It provides protection against rain and snow. Installations with a pitch between 15 and 25 degrees, an underlay with an adhesive edge must be used. Ico-Board is designed for use as a ventilated underlay.

Ico-Board is a strong, tough product with high tear strength and a very long service life. It withstands strong air currents without flapping and therefore typically does not cause noise disturbances.

The product is made with a reinforcement coated with an elastic SBS-bitumen blend for enhanced durability and flexibility.
