IV105/76 wooden windows and wooden windows with aluminum profiles

The Spilka profile is suitable for integrating various hardware solutions, providing a wide range of window opening options. It can accommodate both Spilka Classic hinges, which allow the window to turn fully inward, and Side Hung hardware for outward-opening windows.

Spilka Classic hinges, with their unique construction, allow the sash to rotate 180°, making it possible to clean the exterior surface comfortably and safely from inside the room. The hinge system is equipped with a standard stop that limits the initial opening to 100 mm. The opening restrictor enhances safety in environments with small children by reducing the possibility of opening the window widely. Thanks to the construction, the sash remains securely balanced even when fully rotated.

Side Hung outward-opening windows stand out for their simple, practical, and reliable design. Instead of silicone, glass-sealing rubber strips are used in the glazing system. A standard stop restricts the initial opening to 100 mm, and a child-safety restrictor can also be installed to reduce the risk of opening the window too far. For the locking mechanism, Hoppe Tokyo handles or sash hooks are available.

Both inward-opening windows with Spilka Classic hardware and outward-opening Side Hung windows can be manufactured either from wood or as a combination of wood and aluminium, where aluminium protects the exterior part of the frame and sash for increased durability and longevity.
