FAIRCARB® cold-formed welded structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain steels

The FAIRCARB® structural hollow sections are produced with hot-rolled steel coils based on electric arc furnace and compact strip production processes with 100% renewable electricity supply. They are used in construction, particularly in steel structures or composite structures (steel and concrete). They include round, square, and rectangular products, longitudinally welded, cold-formed, and without subsequent heat treatment. They are manufactured in steel grades specified in EN 10219-1:2006, with outer diameters ranging from 16 to 323.9 mm and wall thicknesses from 1.5 to 12.5 mm. FAIRCARB® can be supplied either in black (rough rolled) or pickled.
