ARC Lite Plus Seating System

The ARC Lite Plus is a tip-up spectator seating system designed for stadiums and assembly venues where space efficiency and durability are required. The seat and backrest use a double-walled, blow-moulded polypropylene construction with integrated flame-retardant and UV-resistant additives, providing high strength and long-term material stability. The unit features a sprung tip-up mechanism and a slim profile to support maximum seat way and efficient egress. The seating system can be mounted on either the floor or risers and allows flexible layout configurations, including radial arrangements. 

The seating system is based on a horizontal steel beam structure fabricated from 60 mm × 40 mm × 3 mm thick hollow steel sections. The beam is supported by hollow section steel pedestals with 6 mm thick base plates, suitable for riser-mounted installations.  

The seat and backrest are manufactured from blow-moulded co-polymer, designed with ergonomic curvature to provide enhanced seating comfort. The seat operates with a gravity-assisted tip-up mechanism, allowing automatic return to the upright position when unoccupied, improving aisle clearance and safety.
