Sempergreenwall

SemperGreenwall Outdoor is a modular green wall system designed for vertical applications on building façades. The system consists of pre-cultivated Flexipanels mounted on an aluminium support structure, combined with an integrated irrigation and drainage system and perimeter finishing.

Each Flexipanel includes a TPO membrane backing, capillary layer for water distribution, a compressed substrate mat, and an UV-resistant fleece layer containing approximately 25 plants. The vegetation consists of a mix of shrubs, perennials, and ferns selected for outdoor performance. Panels are pre-grown under controlled conditions and delivered with a high level of plant coverage.

The system is installed on aluminium omega profiles fixed to the façade. A built-in irrigation system supplies water and nutrients automatically. The system includes aluminium edge finishing elements that provide structural framing and facilitate drainage of excess water.

Products such as the Plant Care System and edging materials are not included in the scope of this EPD, as they are required at system level but are not directly attributable to each declared unit (m²).
