Ceramic toughener is an additive formulated to increase the raw mechanical strength of doughs and tiles in the production process. Its main function is to improve the internal cohesion of the material, reducing the risk of breakage, chipping or defects during the pressing, drying and handling phases. Thanks to its binding action, the tenacifier contributes to obtaining more compact and stable doughs, promoting better workability and maintaining the unchanged rheological characteristics. The use of the product allows for a reduction in waste, greater process reliability and higher quality of the finished product.
