The manufacturing process is characterized by the external lamination of the PE foam and polyolefin film by a third-party supplier, followed by a mechanical final assembly that strictly avoids the use of adhesives, glues, or chemical agents. Typically produced in 10-meter units, the product's environmental profile is influenced by the integration of specialized additives for hygiene and the mechanical durability provided by the steel reinforcement, balancing advanced indoor air quality (IAQ) performance with a streamlined, chemical-free assembly phase.
