Lighting Columns

The declared product is a steel lighting column used for outdoor lighting and road infrastructure applications. The range includes several models that vary according to geometry, dimensions, height, and service conditions. Columns are made from formed steel sheet and may have round, octagonal, polygonal, square, or rectangular cross-sections. They may be manufactured as straight, tapered, or stepped configurations, depending on structural and project requirements.

The production process comprises plasma cutting, bending, welding, transport, hot-dip galvanization, and optional painting, followed by shipping. Steel scrap generated during production is returned to the steel industry for recycling. The galvanization process ensures corrosion resistance, while painting may be applied depending on customer specifications or exposure conditions.

The products are manufactured in accordance with EN 40, certified by AENOR CE 0099, and comply with the applicable Moroccan Standard (NM). These requirements ensure that the declared products fulfil the relevant mechanical, technical, and safety criteria for lighting and signalling structures.
