PVC-based compounds: Creovil (group XII, all colours)
ANWIL S.A. manufactures high-quality suspension PVC resin (S-PVC), which has been used in their own production of compounds and dry blends since 1992. These materials are then processed using extrusion or injection molding methods. Anwil's product portfolio includes a wide range of granulates intended for the production for insulation and sheathing of cable and wire. Among the plasticized granules, there are also materials used in general in the manufacture of window seals, fence components, carpet tapes, soft construction profiles, and profiles for the automotive industry. Additionally, ANWIL produces rigid PVC granules and compounds, which are widely used in construction, the furniture industry, and electrical engineering.
Due to having a pilot installation that reflects industrial production infrastructure, ANWIL is able to test and implement new raw materials and develop innovative formulas in line with customer expectations. The pilot installation used at ANWIL allows for the production of small batches of the developed compounds and their testing, which significantly affects the speed and cost of testing. After achieving satisfactory results, production tests are launched on an industrial scale in accordance with the parameters and formula obtained as a result of testing. ANWIL also uses the services of a specialized laboratory where all necessary quality tests are performed throughout the entire production process, both for raw materials and products. Thanks to this, ANWIL ensure stable production.
