Oriental Crystalline Silicon(Nano Microcrystalline stone)
The Oriental Crystalline Silicon (nano microcrystalline stone) is an inorganic non-metallic silicon-based engineered stone composed primarily of quartz sand, limestone, and feldspar, supplemented with sodium fluorosilicate, soda ash, and reinforcing agents, with a total mass of 2,580 kg per cubic meter. The manufacturing process comprises raw material proportioning, high-temperature melting, calendering, crystallization and annealing, followed by cutting, thickness determination, polishing, and packaging, incorporating a closed-loop recycling system where 12.5–15% of cutting and grinding waste is crushed and returned to the furnace. The product requires no energy or material inputs during the use stage; at end-of-life, a scenario of 50% recycling and 50% landfill is applied, aligning with China's construction waste resource utilization policy targets.
