Birch plywood panels

The EPD hereby refers to a range of plywood panels with same materials but different surface finishing and appearance.

The Reference product is San Birch Raw 9 mm. This product has been selected as it represents the basic version of SAN GIORGIO plywood panels and corresponds to one of the best-selling products within the available thickness range. The results are calculated for the representative product. 

SanBirch Raw Panels: Raw birch plywood panels are cross-grain and long-grain oriented veneer sheets glued with phenol resin. This specific glue is mostly used for external application. Uncoated on both sides, quality and grade of plywood surface and reverse are available in S (II), BB (III), WGE and WG (IV) qualities, or even customized on customer request. Flatness, quality, thickness tolerance and mechanical performances is what makes SanBirch a great product for multiple applications. San Giorgio SpA is oriented in avoiding dimensional scraps in panels production. All sizes are possible, even bigger than 2000 x 5000 mm. The most common sizes are 1220/1250×2440/2500; 1525×2250/2500/3050; 1830/1870 x 1500/1800/2000/2500/3050/3700; 2000×3000/4000/5000. Standard thicknesses are mm 4 /5/6,5/9/12/15/18/21/24. Special thickness can be produced on request.
