SOLID RECTIFIED CONCENTRATED GRAPE MUST

The Solid Rectified Concentrated grape Must (SRCM) is a crystalline grape sugar obtained exclusively from wine grapes, through an internationally patented purification and crystallization process, without the use of solvents. 

It is commercialized by Naturalia Ingredients S.r.l. under the brand crystalMUSTGRAPE (conventional) or crystalGRAPESUGAR.biologico (organic certified), in 5 kg and 20 kg PE bags.

The product is a high-purity grape sugar, composed of approximately 50% glucose and 50% fructose crystals, white, water-soluble, odourless and sweet in taste.

It is intended for industrial use in foods (for all preparations where sugars and sweeteners are used) and in the wine sector (being approved by EU law for winemaking practices, in particular to increase the alcoholic strength and/or the sweetness of musts and wines and to produce sparkling wines).
