Flux-Cored Wire

Production of Flux-Cored Wire is centralized at the Flux-Cored Wire Division (Manufacturer Changshu Longteng Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd.), covering an area of covers an area of approximately 25,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of about 100,000 tons of Flux-Cored Wires. It is equipped with 22 wire drawing production lines, 44 layer winding machines, 3 sets of packaging machines and related auxiliary equipment. The upstream raw material is cold-rolled strip, and all cold-rolled strips are sourced externally.

Flux-Cored Wire is an advanced welding material. Inside it, various powder ingredients are filled as needed. During the welding process, it is protected by gas and slag. Flux-Cored Wire has the characteristics of small welding spatter, beautiful weld formation and excellent welding process performance. The product is extensively applied to the welding of carbon steel and low alloy structural steel in shipbuilding, mechanical manufacturing, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, lifting machinery, etc. Available diameters include φ1.0, φ1.2, φ1.4, φ1.6 mm.
