Steel Forging

Steel Forging Product manufacturing is mainly concentrated at the New Energy Equipment Division (Manufacturer Changshu Longteng New Energy Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd.), with an annual production capacity of approximately 120,000 tonnes of steel. The division is equipped with one 66 MN high-speed forging press line, three low-NOx regenerative trolley-type reheating furnaces, five low-NOx regenerative trolley-type heat treatment furnaces, two quenching pits, and six resistance heat treatment furnaces.

According to product categories, the products are primarily utilized in plastic and aluminum-magnesium alloy mold manufacturing and are widely applied across the automotive, household appliance, electronics, and plastics industries.

The Steel Forging products grades include high-quality carbon steel (45, 50, S45C, S50C etc.), plastic mold steel (1.2311, 1.2738, P20, 718 etc.), hot work tool steel (H11, H13, 8418 etc.), and alloy steel (42CrMo, 40Cr, 25Mn etc.).
