Ingot
Ingot production is concentrated at the Electric Furnace Division (Manufacturer Changshu Longteng Special Steel Co.,Ltd.)., which includes one 115-ton electric furnace, two 115-ton LF furnaces, one double-position 115-ton VD furnace, one continuous casting production line and four VC workstations.
The product includes various quality characteristics: such as structural steel, carbon steel, pipe plate steel, grinding tool steel, etc. The main steel types are S30Mn, 45, 42CrMo, DG20Mn, 35, etc.
Steel ingots are produced through electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking, with part of the output sold to external forging plants and the remainder supplied to downstream divisions.
