21-feet X-Band hybrid radar - model XHYR-4021NS/EI1/H

The 21-feet X-Band Hybrid Radar, model XHYR-4021NS/EI1/H, is a hybrid X-band radar designed for indoor applications. This innovative system has been developed in accordance with IALA 1111 guidelines and V-128 recommendation, ensuring advanced performance for marine traffic monitoring and coastal surveillance.

Thanks to the combination of Solid-State and Magnetron technologies, the radar offers high operational reliability, allowing excellent resolution and detection capabilities in different environmental conditions. The integration of dual technology ensures that the Solid-State transmitter is the main one, while the Magnetron remains in standby mode ready to intervene should the need arise, thus providing a highly redundant system without the costs of a dual Solid-State. Designed to ensure maximum efficiency, the radar is equipped with an open architecture that allows it to interface with third-party systems through the ASTERIX protocol, facilitating integration with data management and analysis software. The adoption of a self-diagnostic system (BITE) allows you to continuously monitor performance and detect any anomalies, making maintenance easier and reducing downtime.

The installation of the radar has been optimized to be quick and efficient thanks to Plug & Play technology, which eliminates the need for complex wiring and reduces the risk of errors. In addition, the Radar Service Control Panel software allows remote management of the system, ensuring complete control of operating parameters, diagnostics and analysis of the radar signal.

The integration of hybrid technology allows the system to achieve significant advantages over solid-state radars, such as increased short-range detection capability, more effective activation of SART devices, and improved compatibility with environmental monitoring software, such as oil spill detection.
