Gutmann’s Aluminum Curtain Wall Systems

This EPD covers aluminium-glass curtain wall systems designed for use in commercial and residential

building façades. These systems are intended for exterior applications, providing non-load-bearing

enclosures that contribute to a building's thermal insulation, daylight access, and architectural

aesthetics. Curtain wall systems consist of structural aluminium profiles and infill elements such as glass

panels, metal sheets, or composite materials. The systems are engineered to meet specific performance

requirements, including air and water tightness, wind load resistance, thermal efficiency, and acoustic

performance. Depending on project needs, they can be supplied in unitized or stick-built formats. The

aluminium components may be finished with powder coating, anodizing, or left untreated, and the
