JI Vulcasteel Roof Low Carbon

JI Vulcasteel Roof Low Carbon is an insulating roof panel for the construction of pitched roofs. The composite panel consists of a trapezoidal outer steel sheet, a mineral wool core and a perforated, slightly profiled inner steel sheet. The inner sheet has the option to be perforated (JI Vulcasteel Roof Alpha Low Carbon). The thickness of up to 200 mm allows a high degree of sound reduction and absorption with an excellent fire rating. In short, the solution for your projects in the agricultural, industrial, service and even residential sectors with high acoustic requirements. The JI Vulcasteel Roof Alpha Low Carbon can be used in rooms with low humidity.

The steel used in this product is low carbon steel. This means that it has a much smaller environmental impact than the production of non-low carbon steel, which reduces the overall environmental impact of this panel.

The reference product used for this study considers the product JI Vulcasteel Roof Low Carbon. The reference product has a total steel weight of 9,37 kg and a mineral wool insulation thickness of 100mm. The steel weight is the weighted average of all configurations produced during reference year 2023.
