JI Eco 1000 Low Carbon

The JI Eco 1000 Low Carbon panel is a lightweight insulated panel. The aluminium foil internal liner makes it easy to handle and install. This roof panel is mostly applied on agricultural and functional buildings. The steel used in this product is low carbon steel. This means that it has a much smaller environmental impact than the production of non-low carbon steel, which reduces the overall environmental impact of this panel.

The reference product used for this study considers the product JI Eco 1000 Low Carbon. The reference product has a total steel weight of 4,95 kg and a PIR foam insulation thickness of 100mm. The steel weight is the weighted average of all configurations produced during reference year 2023.
