Oriented strand board

The Treezo solid wood slice Oriented strand board is mainly made of high-quality imported pine wood. It is combined with 0-aldehyde-added MDI glue and is produced through processes such as drying, screening, directional laying, and hot pressing. The board is laid out in a crosswise and longitudinal pattern. The core layer is arranged horizontally and the surface layer is arranged vertically, featuring strong nail retention, low water absorption expansion rate, and easy processing without deformation. It is widely used in decoration, furniture, construction, packaging and other industries, and is a new type of high-strength and environmentally friendly load-bearing board. The OSB board uses 0-aldehyde-added MDI glue, and the glue itself contains no any formaldehyde components. MDI glue is a stable and safe compound, produced by the group itself, and is also applied in fields such as daily life and medical care, belonging to a new generation of technological materials. The reference service life of the Oriented strand board is 15 years.
