Rigips Habito H 12,5 mm

Habito® H is gypsum plasterboard type DFH2IR according to EN 520. Habito® H is a plasterboard with an exceptionally strong gypsum core for superior fixing strength, toughness and durability. The board has a special core with higher density reinforced with glass fibres and with water-repellent additives, which is encased in grey paper liner.

The flexural strength, surface hardness, and fire protection properties are significantly higher than Standard plasterboard. There is less shrinkage of the board during a fire, and it sustains its basic properties better due to a higher-density gypsum core reinforced with glass fibres, minerals, and other additives for dimensional stability and improved core cohesion at high temperatures.

Habito® H is designed for walls and partitions that require high levels of impact resistance and fixing capability. Habito® boards are suitable for sheathing of elevator shafts and attack-resistant security systems of class RC2 to RC4 (according to EN 1627). The board is also intended for constructions with higher airborne sound insulation and fire resistance and for interior applications in areas with intermittent moisture, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
